摘　　要：随着高校对美术类大学生的扩招,社会对美术类人才的需求已经开始饱和,美术类大学生如何认清自己、分析自己、认真规划自己的职业生涯已经开始受到学校和相关教育工作者的关注。本文通过对美术类大学生职业生涯规划现状的调查和分析,针对美术类大学生的群体特征,专业特点和美术院校的教育现状提出了一些建议,希望能对美术类大学生的职业生涯规划有所帮助。Nowadays, an increasing number of students are majoring in fine arts, but the reality is the need of the society for fine arts students is almost fulfilled. The problems of how university fine arts students can understand the situation and themselves, and make practical vocational plans have already begun to attract the attention of relevant educational workers and teachers in the university. The writer of this thesis put forward some suggestions based on an investigation and analysis of the current situation and vocational plans of university students, the characteristics of fine art students and their background, and the education of fine arts institutions of China, aiming to assist both the students and educational institutes.
