摘 要:针对轴向叠片各向异性(ALA)转子磁阻同步电机开环变频起动出现剧烈振荡和接近半同步速异步运行问题,用小信号线性化模型分析了剧烈振荡的原因是存在负阻尼区,容易因扰动产生谐振;把ALA转子电机变频起动过程当作一系列不同转差率下的异步起动过程的叠加来分析振荡后电机异步运行。采取了最简单经济的措施,在转子轴上附加合适的机械惯性阻尼器增加阻尼抑制振荡,实验结果为电机起动过程出现轻微振荡,能达到同步速运行,表明抑制振荡方法的有效性和理论分析的正确性。The open-loop variable frequency experimental researches on axially-laminated anisotropic( ALA) rotor reluctance synchronous motor show that both oscillation and asynchronous operation may occur.Focusing on these problems,first,the dramatic oscillation was analyzed by the small-signal linearized model. The motor was disturbed easily to generate a resonance in a negative damping region. Then,the asynchronous operation was researched by treating the variable frequency starting process as a series of different slip asynchronous starting process. Having adopted a simple and economic measure to suppress oscillation by mounting a right mechanical inertia damper on the rotor shaft,the motor showed a slight oscillation during starting up process and achieved synchronous speed itself. The experimental results show that the proposed method for suppressing oscillation is effective and valid.
