大宗筹款运动与大学发展——当代美国一流大学大宗筹款运动研究

摘　　要：办学经费来源多元化已成为当代世界高等教育发展的重要趋势,多渠道筹措非政府办学经费是大学在其发展过程中必须面对的重大问题。美国一流大学在办学经费的筹措上有着悠久的历史和丰富的经验,但作为经费筹措的核心和亮点,大宗筹款运动为大学的发展和持续繁荣做出的贡献最大。以哈佛大学、耶鲁大学两所私立大学和密歇根大学、加州大学伯克利分校两所公立大学为例,对近三十余年来美国一流大学大宗筹款运动进行系统考察,并在此基础上总结其主要特点和发展趋势,以期为我国大学的筹款设计提供决策参考。From the 1980 s,the diversification of university funding sources has become an important trend of the world higher education development.Multi-channel fundraising for non-governmental funds is the most significant issue that university must face in the process of its development.Top universities in the United States have a long history and rich experiences on fundraising.As a main channel of fundraising,capital fundraising campaign made an important contribution to the top universities＇ sustained boom.This paper started from the concept of fundraising campaign development,and chose Harvard,Yale,two elite private university and Michigan,California Berkeley,two famous public university as cases for the study of the top universities＇ capital fundraising campaign in U.S.in the past 30 years,then summarized its main characteristics and developing trends and provided decision-making reference for Chinese universities＇ fundraising.
