摘　　要：清道夫受体A（scavenger receptor class A,SR-A）是一种以三聚体形式跨膜的糖蛋白受体,主要表达在单核细胞和巨噬细胞细胞膜。SR-A在细胞黏附、介导吞噬凋亡细胞、脂质代谢等方面发挥重要的生物学功能。最新研究发现SR-A通过启动机体初始免疫进而在肺部疾病发生过程中发挥作用。本文就SR-A与肺部疾病关系作一综述。Scavenger receptor class A （SR-A ）is transmembrane homotrimeric glycoproteins receptor.It is mainly expressed on monocytes and tissue macrophages.SR-A plays an important biological function on adhesion of cell,mediating phagocytosis of apoptotic cells and lipid metabolism.The latest study find that SR-A can activate the innate immune system to influence pulmonary disease.In this article,we make a retrospective exposition on the research progress about the correlation between SR-A and pulmonary disease.
