经皮穴位电刺激干预糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症的临床研究思路

摘　　要：糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症发病率高,影响广泛,对其有效防治意义重大。前期基础与临床实验提示,针刺具有降糖作用,而经皮穴位电刺激对于糖尿病并发皮肤瘙痒症比传统针刺疗法具有明显的优势。本文根据前期研究基础,进一步提出以糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症作为研究对象,选取经皮电穴位刺激的方法并筛选有效穴位组,为针刺干预糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症提供临床研究思路。Diabetic skin pruritus has a high morbidity and wide influence, the effective prevention and treatment for it has great significance. Preliminary basic and clinical trials suggest that acupuncture has the hypoglycemic effect, and transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation has more distinct advantages than traditional acupuncture for diabetic skin pruritus. According to the basis of preliminary studies, this paper put forward that the diabetic skin pruritus is taken as research objects, the methods of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation are chosen and screened for ef-fective acupuncture points, so as to provide clinical research thoughts for acupuncture in the intervention of diabetic skin pruritus.
