摘　　要：联合委员会国际部(JCI)评审是世界卫生组织认可的认证模式,被公认是医院走向国际医疗市场的"通行证"。本文通过学习和解读《医疗机构评审JCI医院评审标准》,在JCI认证过程中,探讨医院后勤管理的制度体系建设、医疗废弃物管理、公用设备设施系统管理、应急预案管理等方面内容,从而借鉴国外先进的管理标准模式,逐步提高医院后勤管理的现代化水平,树立持续改进的观念,提升医院的监管水平和服务质量。Joint Commission International （JCI） accreditation standard has been certified as an attestation mode by WHO, is recognized as ＆quot;the bridge＆quot; to the international market for the health care institutions from all around the world. Through learning and reading the Joint Commission International accreditation standards for hospital, in the JCI accreditation, studying the hospital logistics management system, the management of medical waste, public facilities management system, emergency plan management and other aspects, learning from foreign advanced management mode of standard, gradually improving the level of modernization of hospital logistics management, establishing the concept of continuous improvement, improving the hospital supervision level and quality of service.
