中西医结合治疗12例妊娠合并活动期溃疡性结肠炎的护理体会

摘　　要：目的：总结中西医结合治疗妊娠合并活动期溃疡性结肠炎的护理方法，为该类患者的临床护理提供新的思路。方法从病情观察、用药护理、心理护理、个性化的灌肠护理、饮食护理及网络互动式健康教育在出院后康复指导中的护理等角度，对南京中医药大学第三附属医院2010年6月~2014年12月收治的12例妊娠合并活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者进行回顾性分析。结果12例患者中，其中11例患者于37~40周产子6名，产女5名。新生儿1分钟Apgar评分均在8分以上，体重2500 g以上。1例患者已经平安度过18周，现目前症状平稳，尚在继续指导及跟踪治疗护理中。结论中西医结合综合护理手段在妊娠合并活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者围生期具有重要作用。Objective To summarize nursing method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of pregnant patients with active ulcerative colitis in order to provide new ideas for clinical nursing of this kind of patients. Methods 12 pregnant patients with active ulcerative colitis in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine from June 2010 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed from disease observa-tion, medication nursing, psychological nursing, personalized enema nursing, dietary nursing and network interactive health education in the rehabilitation guidance after hospital care and so on. Results Among 12 patients, 11 cases had their own children at 37-40 weeks, in which 6 were male, 5 were female. The mean level of newborn’s Apgar score in＆quot;one minute＆quot; was above 8 and weight was above 2500 g. One patient had conception for 18 weeks, who was in clinic remission. She was still cared. Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has role in perinatal patients with active ulcerative colitis.
