摘　　要：进入21世纪后,环境保护越来越被重视,各国政府和国家逐渐采用绿色会计来反映与企业生产经营活动相关的环境事项。文章探讨绿色会计的概念和披露方式,进而说明绿色会计信息披露存在的问题,并提出相应的解决措施。After 21st century, the environmental conservation is increasingly paid attention, governments and corporations have gradually adopted green accounting to disclose the environmental information related to enterprise production and management. This paper discusses the concept and disclosure of green accounting, and shows the issues of green accounting information disclosure and puts forward the corresponding proposals.
