芪苈强心胶囊联合米力农治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊联合米力农治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选取2011年8月—2012年9月泸州医学院附属医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者80例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规基础上给予芪苈强心胶囊联合米力农治疗。比较两组患者左心室射血分数(LVEF)的变化、血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)水平、6min步行试验距离。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,治疗后治疗组LVEF高于对照组,NT-pro BNP水平低于对照组,6min步行试验距离长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合米力农能增加慢性心力衰竭患者心肌收缩力,减轻心脏负荷,提高心搏出量,有效缓解症状,改善预后,提高生活质量。Objective To study the curative effect of qili qiangxin capsule combined with milrinone in treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic heart failure were selected in the Affiliated Hospital of Luzhou Medical College from August 2011 to September 2012,then they were randomly divided into treatment group（40 cases） and control group（40 cases）. Control group were treated with conventional therapy,treatment group were treated with qili qiangxin capsule combined with milrinone on the basis of conventional therapy,both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The changes of left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF）,N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide（ NT-proBNP） level,6-mi-nute walk distance between the two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of treatment group was higher than con-trol group,after treatment the LVEF of treatment group was higher than control group,NT-proBNP level was lower than control group,6-minute walk distance of treatment group was longer than control group,the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Qili qiangxin capsule combined with milrinone can enhance the myocardial contractilty of chronic heart failure patients,and can relieve heart burden,enhance stroke volume,effcttivity relieve the symptoms,improve progno-sis,enhance the quality of life.
