摘　　要：目的评价腹壁悬吊式免气腹腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可信性及安全性。方法回顾性分析2009年3月至2013年6月,新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院120例腹壁悬吊式免气腹腹腔镜下胆囊切除术的临床资料,分析手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、术后并发症的发生率等指标。结果120例腹壁悬吊式免气腹胆囊切除术均顺利完成,无并发症发生,无中转开腹或中转气腹手术,切口均甲级愈合。结论腹壁悬吊式免气腹腹腔镜胆囊切除术安全、可行。Objective To evaluate feasibility and safety of gasless laparoscopic cholecystectomy（ GLLC） with abdominal wall lifting technique. Methods Clinical data of 120 cases who underwent GLLC from March 2009 to June 2013 in People＇ s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,were analyzed retrospectively. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,time to pass flatus,and complications were noted. Results All operations were successfully completed without complications. No conversion to open surgery or pneumoperitoneum were necessary. Conclusion GLLC with abdominal wall lifting technique is safe and effective.
