巴曲酶联合甲强龙和长春西汀治疗全频型突发性聋的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察用巴曲酶联合甲强龙和长春西汀治疗全频型突发性聋的临床效果。方法：将2013年3月～2014年10月我院收治的全频型突发性聋患者78例,随机分为对照组和治疗组患者各39例。对照组患者给予甲强龙、长春西汀注射液改善内耳微循环及糖皮质激素治疗;治疗组患者则在此基础上加用巴曲酶注射液。两组治疗前后均进行血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）测定及纯音听阈检查,比较两组的治疗效果。结果：患者经治疗后听力水平有所提高,对照组的有效率71.8%,明显低于治疗组92.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后患者FIB水平均有所降低,治疗组降低较对照组幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：巴曲酶联合甲强龙和长春西汀能显著提高全频型突发性聋患者的听力水平,改善耳内血液循环,疗效满意,值得临床深入研究运用。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of batroxobin combined with methylprednisolone in Changchun fluoxetine treatment of full frequency type of sudden deafness. Methods：78 patients with full frequency type of sudden deafness in 2013 March to 2014 October in our hospital of patients, randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 39 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with methylprednisolone, Vinpocetine Injection improve inner ear microcirculation and glucocorticoid therapy;treatment group patients based on the use of Batroxobin Injection. The two groups before and after treatment were plasma fibrinogen （FIB） determination and pure tone audiometry, compare two groups of curative effect. Results：Patients been listening level after treatment, improve, control group the effective rate was 71.8%, significantly lower than the 92.3% in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）;the level of FIB in patients with decreased after treatment, the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group in amplitude, the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. Conclusion：Batroxobin combined with methylprednisolone in Changchun fluoxetine can improve the patients full frequency type of sudden deafness hearing level, effect of the blood circulation, Gai Shaner satisfied, it is worth clinical further application.
