摘　　要：以不可再生资源进行开发和初加工为支柱产业的城市即为资源型城市,他们是城市体系中的特殊群体。进入21世纪以来,这些资源型城市大部分已进入资源开采阶段的中后期,并伴随出现了矿竭城衰、环境污染、社会压力等一系列影响城市发展的负效应。资源型城市发展建设问题的研究已成为一项备受众多学科领域研究学者关注的世界性课题。Taking the non- renewable resources development and pretreating as a pillar industry of the city for resource- based cities namely they are special groups in urban system.Since the 21 st century,most of the resource-based city has entered thestage of resources exploitation in the later period.and accompanied by a mine exhaust the city decline environmental pollution,the negative effects of social pressure,and a series of negative effect of city development.The development and construction ofresource based cities have become a worldwide topic of academic disciplines for research scholars.
