优化产业结构促进山西经济转型思路分析

摘　　要：山西是中国能源重化工基地,长期以来承担了中国经济发展能源发动机的角色,为中国经济的发展做出了很大贡献。但是近年来,随着世界能源消耗格局的转变,山西经济倚重煤焦为主的单一产业结构已经不能适应新时期经济发展的需求,必须找到突破口,优化产业结构,使山西产业结构与经济发展相适应,在新时期找到新的产业定位,取得发展优势。文章从这一角度出发,对山西产业结构存在的问题进行分析,提出改变单一产业结构现状、加速土地流转发展大农业、在考虑环境保护的前提下拉长煤炭产业链,发展煤炭深加工产业集群、积极拓展服务业领域等应对策略,对山西经济破局发展有一定参考价值。Shanxi is China＇s heavy chemical base, and assumes the role of the economic development of Ctfina＇s energy engine for a long time, which makes a great contribution for China＇s economic development. But in recent years, along with the transition of the world＇s energy consumption structure, single industrial structure of the Shanxi economy, which mainly relies on coal, can not adapt to the needs of economic development in the new period. If continuing sticking to the original pattern, Shanxi economic development will be limited. So it is necessary to find a breakthrough to optimize the industrial structure, which make the industrial structure and economic development matched. In the new era, new industry positioning is found to achieve development advantage. From this perspective, this articles analyzes the problems existing in the industrial structure in Shanxi to change single industrial structure, accelerate agricultural land circulation development. Considering environmental protection, stretching coal industrial chain, developing coal deep processing industry cluster, and actively expanding service areas strategies will have certain reference value for development of shanxi broken economy.
