摘　　要：文章介绍了国家火炬计划太原钕铁硼特色产业基地公共服务平台成立的背景、定位以及取得的成就,从技术服务、知识产权、成果转化、科学仪器设备、科技文献与科技数据共享等方面对服务平台建设和管理实践进行总结和探索,希望为全国钕铁硼行业的发展提供参考和借鉴。This paper introduces the background of Taiyuan NdFeB industry base of national torch plan projects, and the location of the establishment of public service platform and the achievements. The service platform construction and management practice are summarized and explored through technical services, intellectual property, achievement transformation, scientific instruments and equipment, science and technology literature and scientific data sharing and so on which provide reference for the national development of NdFeB industry.
