摘　　要：全面建成小康社会是社会主义现代化和中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的阶段性战略目标,全面深化改革是实现战略目标的强大动力,全面依法治国是实现战略目标的有力保障,全面从严治党是实现战略目标的根本保证。要准确把握"四个全面"战略布局的精神实质和丰富内涵,努力做到"四个全面"相辅相成、相互促进、相得益彰。Building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects is the strategic goal of socialist modernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Deepening reform and opening up in an all-around way is a powerful force to achieve the strategic objectives; governing the country according to law is effective protection to achieve the strategic objectives and enforcing strict party discipline is fundamental guarantee to achieve strategic objectives. It＇s necessary to accurately grasp the spirit and the rich connotation of the ＂Four Comprehensives＂ strategic layout, and strives to make the ＂Four Comprehensives＂ complement and promote each other.
