摘　　要：住宅是商品,更是保证大多数中低收入者安居乐业的生活必需品。为广大中低收入家庭建设买得起的成本房,圆多数人的住房梦,是使社会公平、安定、经济健康发展人民幸福的保证。为了让建设成本住房与商品房市场共存,各收入阶层各得其所,提出了成本房室内使用面积及空间构成。Houses are not only commodities, but also the necessities for most low and middle income earners to live and work in peace and contentment. Building houses which low and middle income families can afford, interpreting dreams of having houses are guarantees for social justice,stability and healthy development of the economy. Construction-cost houses coexist with commercial houses, thus different income level people may obtain what they need. This essay proposes the indoor area and space composition for construction-cost houses.
