摘　　要：文章将通过对上海自贸区的人民币跨境使用、利率市场化、外汇管理改革、汇率市场化等金融改革进行系统介绍,对其产生的影响及不足进行分析并提出建议。This paper will try to introduce the financial reform in Shanghai free trade zone, likecross-border use of RMB, market-oriented interest rate reform, foreign exchange management system, the marketization of exchange rate,try to analyze its impact and insufficient and make some Suggestions.
