摘　　要：针对施工企业在施工项目管理过程中,会产生一些合同范围以外的施工和误工及预测不到的损失项目,给施工企业带来不应有的损失,笔者根据多年施工实际经验,对施工索赔进行理顺分析,依据索赔法,分析了施工企业索赔的理念、施工索赔的产生、施工索赔原则以及施工索赔步骤,并从工程项目施工全过程管理的角度,进行阐述。In view of the construction enterprises in the process of the construction project construction management, will produce some contracts outside the scope of construction project and delays loss are unpredictable and, for the construction enterprises should not have a loss, according to many years of experience in construction practice, the author straighten out the analysis of construction claim, according to the method of claim, from the claims of a construction enterprise concept, the production of construction claim, construction claims principles and steps in constructionclaims.From the Angle of project construction whole process management.
