摘　　要：当前大学生对待劳动力市场的态度、定位以及未来职业生涯规划存在不同,影响到他们理解、构建和处理就业能力的方式。从分析学生职业定位的差别入手,设定四类职业定位模式,考察大学生不同的劳动力市场定位和应对方式对就业能力的影响,以便提供未来高校人才培养和劳动力市场改革的参考意见。Currently, various labor market attitudes, orientations, and career planning types of college students influence their methods to understand, construct and approach employability. By analyzing students’ different career orientations, the paper sets four modes of career orientations, and makes a survey into the effects on employability due to college students’ different labor market orientations and coping strategies, so as to provide reference for nurturing college talents and reforming the labor market.
