摘　　要：目的总结糖尿病住院患者中722实时动态胰岛素泵系统的应用及其护理。方法 72例糖尿病住院患者运用美敦力722实时动态胰岛素泵系统治疗。治疗期间监测患者血糖,并针对性调整患者的饮食、运动和药物剂量。结果患者血糖控制满意,空腹血糖控制在5.0~7.2mmol/L,餐后2小时血糖在5.8~10.7mmol/L;住院7~10天,平均8.1±1.1天;无患者发生酮症酸中毒和低血糖。结论 722实时动态胰岛素泵系统使得医护工作者更为有效和安全的监测和控制糖尿病住院患者血糖水平。Objectives To summarize the application of Medtronic paradigm 722 real-time insulin pump system for diabetic in-patients and related nursing measures.Methods A total of 72 diabetic in-patients received a treatment with 722 real-time insulin pump system.Diet, exercise and drug dosage were adjusted according to outcomes of blood glucose monitoring.Results All pa-tients achieved a satisfaction of blood glucose control, whose fasting blood-glucose was between 5.0~7.2mmol/L and 2 h postpran-dial blood glucose was between 5.8~10.7mmol/L.The average length of stay was 8.1 days （7~10days）.None of patients repor-ted ketoacidosis or hypoglycemia.Conclusions Medtronic paradigm 722 real-time insulin pump system is an effective and safe tool of blood glucose monitoring for both diabetic patients and medical staff.
