摘　　要：针对河北省中小学校突发公共事件展开研究,阐述中小学校突发公共事件的类型以及存在的问题。探究体育教育在中小学校突发事件应急管理中的作用:突发公共事件发生前的预防和导向作用、处置过程中的缓冲和引导作用、处置后期的恢复作用。This paper studies the public emergencies of the primary and secondary schools in Hebei, and explains the types of the public emergencies of the primary and secondary schools, as well as problems. The paper explores the role of the primary and secondary physical education in the emergency management： preventing and guiding role before the dis- posal of public emergencies, guiding role in cushioning and restoring role after the disposal of emergency.
