摘 要:针对四辊卷板机在卷板中,工件曲率半径依靠人工经验反复试凑辊子位移量因而具有一定盲目性的问题,分析卷板机工作时各辊工艺位置的几何关系,建立了下辊与两个侧辊在工艺过程中位移量计算的数学模型。利用VB语言开发工艺位移量计算软件,并对其计算结果进行实验验证。该计算方法可有效减少试卷板次数,提高卷制精度和卷制效率。Aiming at the problem of some blindness in determining workpiece curvature radius by ascertaining roll displacement of four-roll plate bending machine by experience during bending process, the geometrical relationship of each roller process position has been analyzed during working process. The mathematics model of process displacement calculation between lower roll and two side rolls have been established. The calculation software for process displacement has been developed by use of VB language, and the result of which has been validated by experiment. The calculation method can reduce trial-producing times and increase the bending accuracy and efficiency.
