社会支持对服刑人员心理健康的影响:人格与应对方式的中介效应

摘　　要：目的:探究服刑人员社会支持与心理健康的关系,建立社会支持、应对方式、人格与心理健康的关系模型。方法:采用社会支持评定量表、卡特尔16种人格因素问卷、应对方式问卷和SCL-90对348名男性服刑人员进行问卷调查。结果:回归分析表明,服刑人员的社会支持对心理健康具有预测作用(β=-0.194,P<0.001);中介效应分析表明,服刑人员人格特质中的因素Q4、因素O与应对方式是社会支持影响心理健康的中介变量,同时起完全中介作用(c'=-0.018,P<0.05)。结论:服刑人员的社会支持水平直接或间接通过人格与应对方式影响其心理健康水平。Objective：To explore the relationship between social support and mental health, and estab- lish the relational model of social support, coping style, personality and mental health. Methods.348 male prisoners responded with SSRS, 16PF, CSQ and SCL- 90. Results：Regression analysis showed that social support had positive prediction on mental health （β = 4）. 194, P 〈 0. 001 ）, the mediation effect analysis showed that Factor Q4, Factor O and coping style mediated the relationship between social support and mental health of the prisoners（ c＇= 4）. 018, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The social support of prisoners direct- ly and indirectly through personality and coping style affect their mental health.
