摘　　要：目的:研究雾霾天气对妊娠妇女心理健康的影响,以便为开展干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用心理症状自评量表SCL-90对211例妊娠妇女在雾霾天气进行心理健康状况测评,于1个月后非雾霾天重测,通过统计学方法进行对比分析。结果:妊娠妇女在雾霾天气各种心理问题阳性检出率为56.9%,在非雾霾天各种心理问题阳性检出率为30.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.72,P<0.05);妊娠妇女雾霾天最显著的症状为抑郁,非雾霾天最显著的症状为人际关系敏感;妊娠妇女雾霾天与非雾霾天相比,妊娠妇女雾霾天的SCL-90总均分、躯体化得分、强迫症状得分、人际关系敏感得分、抑郁得分、焦虑得分、敌对得分、恐怖得分及偏执得分均显著高于非雾霾(t=1.99,2.17,2.08,2.13,2.03,2.01,2.13,2.07,2.13;P<0.05)。结论:雾霾天气对妊娠妇女的心理健康有一定影响,应在雾霾天气采取有针对性的心理健康教育措施,以预防或减少雾霾对心理健康的危害。Objective： To study the influence of haze on the pregnant women＇s psychological status, so as to provide scientific basis for developing targeted interventions. Methods： The symptom checklist 90 （SCL- 90）was used to evaluate the psychological status of 211 pregnant women in the haze weather, and 1 months later in non haze days. The evaluated data were compared and analyzed by statistical method. Results： For the pregnant women, the positive rate of all kinds of psychological problems was 56.9% in the haze weather, and it was 30.8% in non haze days. The difference was statistically significant （x2 = 13. 72 ,P 〈 0.05 ） ;Pregnant women＇most significant symptoms was depression in haze days, and was interper- sonal sensitivity in non haze days ;Compared with non haze days,in addition to mental factor（ t =2.23 ,P 〉 0.05 ）, the pregnant women＇s SCL - 90 total score （ t = 1.99, P 〈 0.05 ）, somatization （ t = 2.17, P 〈 0. 05 ）, obsessive symptom （ t = 2.08, P 〈 0.05 ）, interpersonal sensitivity （ t = 2.13, P 〈 0.05 ）, depression （ t = 2.03, P 〈 0.05 ）, anxiety （ t = 2.01, P 〈 0.05 ）, hostility （ t = 2.13, P 〈 0.05 ）, terror （ t = 2.07, P 〈 0. 05 ）and paranoia（ t = 2.13 ,P 〈0.05 ）in haze days were significantly higher than those in non haze days. Conclusion： The haze weather has certain influence on pregnant women＇ mental health. We should take targeted measures of mental health education, so as to prevent or reduce harm of haze to mental health.
