摘　　要：绩效工资政策是当前中小学教育改革最引人注目的热点和难点之一。本文运用政策分析方法,探讨了美国中小学校教师绩效工资改革过程的特点和问题,以期对我国实施教师绩效工资制度的改进提供借鉴。Now the teacher performance pay policy is the key reform of the elementary and secondary schools in mainland of China and U.S.A. Using policy analysis methods, this article discusses the basic features, problems of the teacher performance pay reform in U.S.A., so as to provide China with some references to her reform.
