节能环保型船用焚烧炉污油柜的设计

摘　　要：船用焚烧炉污油柜是船用焚烧炉系统一个重要组成部分,其科学设计对船用焚烧炉工作可靠性、节能性、环保性具有重要意义。文章介绍了船用焚烧炉污油柜系统的构成,说明了其主电路和控制电路的组成,对污油柜的污油温度控制和液位控制原理进行了阐述,并讲述触摸屏控制界面的设计方案。结果表明,该系统采用高温除水、恒温加热、烟气余热利用等技术,在节能、环保等性能具有一定先进性,值得推广。The sludge tank is an important part of marine ship incinerator system, the scientific design of this tank has an important significance to the system about its reliability, energy saving and environmental protection. The composition of the sludge tank system for ship incinerator is explained in this article, and the main circuit and control circuit of the system is illustrated, he design scheme of the touch screen interface is described, also the control theory of sludge oil＇s temperature and level in the sludge tank are stated. This system adopts the technologies of the removal water content by high temperature, the constant temperature heating, and the recycle of waste heat from exhaust gas, and so on. This system has some advantages in energy saving, environmental protection, etc, so it deserves to be promoted.
