摘 要:考虑碳排放与折叠式集装箱,以海运空箱调运总成本最低为目标函数,建立基于随机机会约束规划的海运空箱调运优化模型,并用Lingo11.0软件建模求解。最后结合算例对模型进行应用分析,并分析碳税、使用折叠式集装箱以及空箱供应量与需求量的随机性对空箱调运总成本的影响。结果表明:碳税增加会使空箱调运总成本增加,但增加幅度不明显;使用折叠式集装箱可以充分发挥其节省舱位空间的优势,不仅能有效解决船舶船型较小的问题,而且能降低船舶运营成本从而降低空箱调运总成本;空箱供应量与需求量的随机性会导致空箱调运总成本大幅增加。Considering carbon emissions and foldable containers, a stochastic optimization model for maritime empty container repositioning was formulated to minimize the total cost of maritime empty container repositioning. Then software Lingol 1.0 was used to solve the proposed model. Finally, an example was given to demonstrate the application of the proposed model, and the impacts of carbon tax, foldable containers and the randomness of supply and demand of empty containers on the total cost of maritime empty container repositioning were analyzed. The results indicated that (1) an increase in the carbon tax could cause an unobvious increase in the total cost of maritime empty container repositioning; (2) foldable containers could make full use of its advantage of saving shipping space, in this way it can not only solve the problem of small ship type effectively, but also reduce the total cost of maritime empty container repositioning by lowering the ship operation cost; (3) the randomness of supply and demand of empty containers could result in an significant increase in the total cost of maritime empty container repositioning.
