不同忍冬种质杂交育种初探

摘　　要：以不同忍冬种质为试验材料,通过探索杂交育种的方法,研究了去雄和授粉的最佳时间,以及杂交亲本组合的结实情况。结果表明,去雄和授粉时间一般应在5月份第1茬花的每天7:00—8:00和17:00—18:00,并且去雄后间隔12 h左右再授粉为佳。自花不结果,自交结实率低,不同杂交组合浆果数和种子数与父母本有关。Using different germplasms of honeysuckle as the experimental material, cross breeding was carried out to study the best emasculating and pollinating time and the better hybrid parent. The results showed that the emasculating and pollinating time should be commonly 7：00--8：00--18：00 and 17 ： 00, and pollinating about 12 hours after emasculating is preferred. Self-fertilization could not seed; Hybrid berries and seeds number is associated with the parents of different combination.
