摘 要:从社会经济、居住条件、基础设施和生态环境4个层面上选取24个指标,构建了城市人居环境评价指标体系,采用熵值法和聚类分析法对2012年河南省城市人居环境进行定量评价研究。结果表明:河南省城市人居环境呈现出明显的空间差异,共分为4个级别,城市人居环境较好的地区大多分布在北部和中部地区,东部和西南部地区城市人居环境相对较差。河南省城市人居环境综合评价指数与城市化率之间具有极高的相关性,表明运用熵值法对城市人居环境进行评价切实可行。最后,结合各区域城市人居环境状况,提出城市未来发展过程中应注意的问题。The article establishes an evaluation system of urban human settlement environment with four levels, including social economy, living condition, infrastructure and ecological environment, and 24 indicators, then with the method of entropy and clustering analysis, the urban human settlement environment of Henan in 2012 was evaluated quantitatively. The results show that the spatial difference of the urban human settlement environment of Henan is quite notable, the cities with better human settlement environment are basically distributed in the north and middle of Henan, while the cities with worse human settlement environment are basically distributed in the southwest and east of Henan. The evaluation of urban human settlement environment using the method of entropy proved practicable because of the high correlation between the composite index of urban human settlement environment and the level of urbanization of Henan province. Finally, the article put forward the problems for the further development of the cities in consideration of their condition of the urban human settlement environment.
