摘  要:为了分析农业生产效率,把农业生产对环境的冲击考虑在内,利用层次分析法得到山东省农业生产对环境的冲击量,在C2R模型基础上建立了新模型,计算得到山东省2008—2012年17个地市的农业综合效率和农业环境效率,并对其进行分析。结果表明:(1)综合效率方面:17个地市农业综合效率明显小于经济效率,农业综合发展能力普遍需要提高,有效控制和治理农业生产对环境的冲击量是关键;(2)环境效率方面:17个地市的农业环境效率约为0.9,即在当时农业生产现状下,当农业生产经济有效时,9万元的农林业产值,给环境带来约1 t的环境冲击量;当经济无效时,收获9万元的农林产值,要给环境带来超过1 t的环境冲击量;同时,全省农业生产对环境的冲击量有逐渐减少的趋势。In order to analyze agricultural production efficiency more actually, AHP was used to obtain the amount of Shandong agricultural impact by taking the impact agricultural production process on the environment into account. A new model is built on the basis of C2R model to calculate the agricultural comprehensive efficiency and agricultural environmental efficiency for the 17 cities in Shandong Province from 2008 to 2012. And the efficiency is analyzed. The results show: ( 1 ) Comprehensive efficiency: agricultural comprehensive efficiency of 17 cities is significantly lower than economic efficiency; the agricultural comprehensive development capacity generally needs to improve and the key is effectively controlling and governing the amount of impact of agricultural production on the environment. (2) Environmental efficiency: agricultural environmental efficiency of 17 cities are about 0.9, indicating that ninety thousand yuan output value of agro-forestry brings the environment about one ton of environmental impact amount, when agricultural production of local city is cost-effective at the time; ninety thousand yuan output value of agro-forestry brings the environment more than one ton of environ- mental impact amount, when agricultural production of local city isn' t cost-effective; meanwhile, the environment impact amount of the province's agricultural production is gradually decreasing.
