摘 要:目的探讨苍术麸炒前后对实验性脾虚证大鼠胃肠激素及免疫功能的影响,明确苍术麸炒法是否可加强苍术干预脾虚证的作用及可能的机制。方法将雄性SD大鼠50只随机等分为正常组、脾虚模型组、生苍术治疗组、麸炒苍术治疗组、多潘立酮组。除正常组外,其余各组喂饲小承气汤煎剂加饥饱失常建立脾虚证大鼠模型,造模时间15 d,造模结束后,分别灌胃相应药液或生理盐水。10 d后行大鼠血清胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MTL)、血管活性相关肠肽(VIP)、白细胞介素-1,2,6(IL-1,2,6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量测定,并测定大鼠胸腺、脾脏指数及脾淋巴细胞(T、B)增殖率。结果与生苍术治疗组比较,麸炒苍术治疗组血清VIP含量明显下降、而血清中GAS、MTL、IL-1、2、6和TNF-α的含量以及胸腺、脾脏指数及脾淋巴细胞(T、B)增殖率不同程度升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论苍术提取物对因脾虚而导致的胃肠功能及胃肠激素分泌紊乱和全身及局部免疫功能的低下状态都有较好的调节和治疗作用,且麸炒苍术的上述作用优于生苍术。Objective To observe the effect of Rhizoma Atractylodis before and after fried with bran on gastrointestinal motility and immune function of rats with experimental spleen deficiency syndrome,and to make clear if Rhizoma Atractylodis with bran can strengthen the effect of Atractylodes interventing spleen deficiency syndrome and the possible mechanism. Methods 50 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Atractylodes Rhizome treatment group,Atractylodes Rhizome fried with bran treatment group domperidone group. Except the normal group,the other groups were fed with Xiaochengqi Decoction plus hunger to establish spleen deficiency syndrome rat models,and the time of making animal model was 15 d. After model establishment,were gavaged respectively with the corresponding solution or physiological saline. After 10 d,determined,content of GAS,MTL and VIP,content of IL- 1,2,6 and TNF- α in the serum,and determined the index of spleen and thymus,and spleen lymphocytes( T,B) proliferation rate. Results compared with the Atractylodes Rhizome treatment group,the content of serum VIP in the Atractylodes Rhizome fried with bran treatment group were decreased obviously,at the same time the content of serum GAS,MTL,VIP,content of serum IL- 1,2,6 and TNF- α,the index of spleen and thymus,and spleen lymphocytes( T,B) proliferation rate were increased at different degree,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Atractylodes Rhizome extract have better regulation and treatment effect for the functional gastrointestinal and gastrointestinal hormone secretion disorders and systemic and local immune function low state,and the effect of Atractylodes Rhizome fried with bran is better than that of Atractylodes Rhizome.
