摘 要:目的测定连翘药材中的重金属含量,并分析其来源。方法采用微波消解,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定连翘中重金属含量,对重金属进行Pearson相关性分析,解析来源。结果 As和Se未检出,以《药用植物及制剂外经贸绿色行业标准》(WM-T2-2004)为参照,Pb和Cd严重超标,Cu未超标;以《农产品安全质量无公害蔬菜安全要求》(GB18406.1-2001)中Cr为标准,Cr含量同样严重超标。药材中其它重金属Zn、Ni、Mn含量因没有统一标准,无法确定是否超标。重金属源解析结果表明,Mn与Cr有极相关性,Zn、Cd、Pb与Cu有显著相关性,显示两组可能具有相似的来源或受某些因素共同控制。结论连翘对环境中重金属有很强的富集能力。Objective To determine the contents and analyze the sources of heavy metal from forsythiae fructus. Methods Samples were treated by microwave digestion and heavy metal in the forsythiae fructus were determined with inductively coupled plasma- atomic emission spectrometry( ICP- AES). The sources were discussed by analyzing the correlation of heavy metal using Pearson. Results As and Se were not detected in all samples. In the light of " Green Trade Standards of Importing and Exporting Medicinal Plants and Preparations" standard,Pb and Cd seriously exceeded the standard. According to " Safety Qualification for Agricultural Product- Safety Requirements for Non- environmental Pollution Vegetable",standard,Cr seriously exceeded the standard too. Up to now,Zn,Ni and Mn could not be estimated because of lacking for standard. The analysis on sources of heavy metal demonstrated that the correlation was very significant between Mn and Cr,and significant among Zn,Cd,Pb and Cu. As could been seen from correlation,the two type heavy metal should come from similar sources or be control by similar factors. Conclusion Forsythiae fructus has high capability of accumulating heavy metal.
