芪参益气滴丸治疗冠心病临床疗效的系统评价

摘　　要：目的运用循证方法评价芪参益气滴丸联合西药常规治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法计算机检索中国知网等数据库,纳入西药常规联用芪参益气滴丸(治疗组)与单纯西药常规治疗或加安慰剂(对照组)比较的随机对照试验文献,采用Jadad评分法评价文献质量并用Rev Man5.2软件作Meta分析。结果纳入12篇文献,共1035例,其中治疗组527例,对照组508例。Meta分析显示治疗组能更好地改善冠心病患者心绞痛、中医症状、心功能等情况,且无明显不良反应。结论西药常规联用芪参益气滴丸治疗冠心病优于单纯西药常规或加安慰剂,但纳入文献质量较差,有待更多大样本、多中心、高质量的随机对照试验证实该文结果。Objective To assess the clinical effect and safety of Qishenyiqi dropping pills in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The databases,including the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure（ CNKI）,Highwire（ include Pubmed）,Bio Med Central,and the Cochrane Library were searched,and randomized controlled trials（ RCT） comparing west medicine plus Qishenyiqi dropping pills with west medicine along or plus placebo were selected,assessed by Jadad scoring method in quality and meta- analyzed by Rev Man 5. 2 software. Results There were 12 literature included involved 1035 cases,with 527 cases in treatment group（ west medicine plus Qishenyiqi dropping pills） and 508 cases in control group（ west medicine along or plus placebo）. Meta analysis showed that Qishenyiqi dropping pills combined with west medicine could improve angina [OR = 3. 48,95% CI（ 2. 23,5. 43） ],traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） symptoms [OR = 4. 26,95% CI（ 1. 44,12. 57） ],electrocardiogram（ ECG） [OR = 2. 74,95% CI（ 1. 86,4. 03） ] and heart function [MD = 6. 71,95% CI（ 3. 90,9. 53） ],without obvious adverse function. Conclusion West medicine plus Qishenyiqi dropping pills have a better effect on coronary heart disease than west medicine along or plus placebo,but it remains more RCT in large sample,multicentre and high quality to offer strong evidences for the results.
