摘  要:【目的】总结不同材料保温被的性能参数,研究分析新疆戈壁环境下对日光温室保温被保温性能的要求,选择适合戈壁温室的保温材料,以提高日光温室保温效果,促进设施农业生产。【方法】采用相关国家标准,通过测定分析保温被的各项性能及其综合性能。【结果】新疆戈壁环境对日光温室保温被的要求包括,保温性好、抗老化、抗渗水、抗弯折和抗冲击。可从保温性能、抗老化性能、抗渗水性能、抗弯折性能等方面提高保温被的初始性能参数。【结论】用于戈壁温室保温被其表层材料的选择应首先考虑抗老化性能,如聚丙烯和高发泡聚乙烯等,保温芯材料可以选择毛毡、玻璃棉毡、太空棉等,内层采用铝膜增加反射率,能够适应戈壁温室的保温被基本可以适应我国其他地区环境的要求。【Objective】This project aims to analyze the requirements of greenhouse heat preservation quilt in gobi desert in Xinjiang in the hope of selecting an appropriate thermal insulation material,thus increasing the effect to promote facility agricultural production.【Method】Various properties of heat preservation quilt were analyzed through the theories,the performance parameters and comprehensive performance of various materials were summarized,and the experimental determination method and the relevant national standards were provided.【Result】The requirements of greenhouse heat preservation quilt in gobi desert in Xinjiang were obtained,and the thermal insulation materials applicable to the gobi greenhouse were suggested. The initial performance parameters of heat preservation material from the perspectives of thermal insulation properties,ageing resistance,resistance to water penetration performance and flexural performance were provided to improve the relevant indexes.【Conclusion】The greenhouse heat preservation quilt was likely to meet the need everywhere in our county if it met the gobi environment. In view of the fact that the researches into the greenhouse heat preservation quilt in gobi desert in Xinjiang and the dynamic parameters during the application process were not so many,we should do more study in the two aspects in the future.
