摘  要:为了观察捕食线虫性真菌长孢隔指孢菌(Dactylella leptospora)的生物学特性及pH和温度对该菌生长的影响。将分离株长孢隔指孢菌接种于0.6g/L玉米粉琼脂培养基(CMA)中,分别置15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃恒温箱中培养,又将该菌分别接种到pH为4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12的0.6g/L CMA,定时观察菌株的发育情况,测量菌丝生长长度。结果表明:长孢隔指孢菌在pH为4~12的环境下均能生长,其中以pH为11.0时生长速度最快;在温度为15~30℃时均能生长,当培养温度为25℃时生长最佳。此外,对该分离株生物学特性进行研究,该菌的特征为分生孢子梗直立、无色、分隔,分生孢子无色,长纺锤形,5~9个分隔,捕食器官为粘球和非收缩环。The effects of pH and temperature on nematode-trapping fungus Dactylella leptospora was studied for understanding its biological characteristics.This isolated strain D.leptospora was inoculated in 0.6g/L corn meal agar(CMA),and respectively cultured under the following temperature,namely 15 ℃,20℃,25℃,and 30℃.After that,the isolated strain was inoculated in a series of pH value of 4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12of 0.6g/L CMA respectively,and then cultured in the constant temperature box.The developing process and growth length of its mycelia were monitored at the fixed time.The results showed that the fungus can grow at the range of pH 4-12 and temperature15-30 ℃,and the performance is the best when D.leptosporais cultured in pH 11 and temperature25℃.In addition,the biological characteristics of D.leptosporais described and illustrated.And it ischaracterized by erect,hyaline,septate conidiophores,which bear fusiform,5-9septate,hyaline conidia.This organism traps nematodes by adhesive knobs or non-constricting rings formed on lateral stalks.
