急进高海拔环境执行任务汽车兵心理应激及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高海拔环境下遂行任务对汽车兵心理应激的影响,为心理干预提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、状态特质焦虑量表(STAI)、特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)对进入高海拔环境执行任务的206名汽车兵进行测试。结果汽车兵执行任务后SCL-90总分和各因子分均显著高于执行任务前和常住高原汽车兵(P<0.01或P<0.05);与执行任务前比较,执行任务后积极应对因子分显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),消极应对、状态焦虑、特质焦虑因子分显著升高(P<0.01)。执行任务后汽车兵SCL-90因子分与消极应对、状态焦虑、特质焦虑呈显著正相关,与积极应对呈显著负相关(P均<0.01)。结论急进高海拔环境执行任务汽车兵高心理应激致心理健康水平下降,对焦虑情绪和应对方式的有效干预是预防的重点。Objective To provide a scientific basis for psychological intervention by discussing the psychological stress＇ s influences on automotive soldier when performing a task under high altitude environment. Methods We conducted a test to 206 automotive soldiers who performed a task in high altitude environment with SCL-90, STAI and TCSQ. Results The total score of SCL-90 and other factors were significantly higher than those before the task execution and the automotive soldier（P0.01 or P0.05） who permanently lived in the plateau. Compared with their performance before the task execution, scores of positive coping factor declined significantly（P0.01 or P0.05） after the task execution. Meanwhile the score of negative coping factor, state anxiety and trait anxiety increased significantly（P0.01）. The total score of SCL-90 after the task execution was positively correlated with negative coping factor, state anxiety and trait anxiety but negatively correlated with positive coping factor（average P0.01）.Conclusion The level of mental health of automotive soldier when performing a task in accelerated high altitude environment declined, and the key of prevention is taking effectively measures for the anxious emotion.
