359例男男性行为人群HIV-1抗体阳性样本特征及WB带型分析

摘　　要：目的分析MSM人群HIV抗体阳性样本流行病学资料及蛋白印迹试验(WB)带型,为开展针对此类人群的防治措施提供科学依据。方法对某实验室2009-2013年确证HIV抗体阳性的MSM样本进行统计分析。结果 MSM人群HIV阳性者与总HIV阳性者相比具有年轻化、未婚者为主、文化程度较高、流动性大及职业以干职/学生/个体/自由职业者更多的特点,79.11%来源于自愿咨询检测,高于总阳性样本,MSM阳性样本WB带型与总阳性样本相比gp160、gp120、p24和p17差异无统计学意义,其余带型出现的频率低于总阳性样本,二者区别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MSM人群人口学特征显著,能主动寻求正规途径进行HIV检测,WB带型较总阳性样本具有早期感染的特征,该人群更早地检测出HIV感染情况,应针对该人群特点采取有效的干预措施。Objective To analyze epidemiological and western blot banding pattern characteristics of 359 HIV positive samples among MSM, and provide scientific basis for prevention and control measures among this group. Methods Statistical analysis was carried out for HIV-1antibody-positive samples among MSM of this laboratory during 2009-2013. Results Compared with total HIV positive cases, MSM were younger, predominantly unmarried, more educated and more mobile. Most of them were cadres,students, single owners and free-lancers. 79.11% samples were from source within VCT, remarkably higher than the average level.There were no statistical significances about the presence rate of gp160, gp120, p24 and p17 band between MSM and the average level. The presence rate of the rest bands among MSM was lower than total, which showed a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion HIV positive cases among MSM have obvious demographic distribution. The group searches for HIV testing through formal channels on their own initiative. The bands of western blot appear the feature of early-onset infection than total. The group may detect the HIV infection condition earlier than others. We should take effective measures for the crowd characteristics
