摘　　要：目的分析包头市医疗机构法定报告传染病的漏报、迟报情况,为进一步规范包头市传染病疫情信息报告管理工作,提高传染病网络报告质量提供依据。方法 2013年按照《包头市传染病网络直报质量督导检查方案》抽查全市各级医疗机构进行传染病漏报调查。结果本次共调查各级医疗机构27家,其中市级医院13家、旗县区级医院5家、卫生院4家、妇幼保健所3家、社区卫生服务中心1家、部队医院1家。共抽查门诊日志、出入院登记、化验室检测阳性结果登记146 495人,查出传染病17种共645例,其中进行网络报告643例,漏报2例,迟报13例,传染病报告率为99.69%,漏报率为0.31%,迟报率为2.02%。传染病报告完整率为94.38%、准确率为100%、一致率为82.50%。结论包头市医疗机构传染病报告工作仍存在漏报、迟报现象,应采取综合性防控措施,进一步提高传染病报告质量。Objective To analyze the situations of omission and delay on reporting of notifiable infectious diseases in medical institutions of Baotou City, so as to provide evidences for standardizing the management of epidemic information reporting and improving the quality of network reporting on infectious diseases. Methods We conducted the investigation on omission of infectious diseases in medical institutions at all levels according to ＇Inspection scheme for quality supervision of direct network reporting of infectious diseases in Baotou city. Results We investigated 27 medical institutions. Among them, there were 13 municipal hospitals,5 county district hospitals, 4 health centers, 3 maternal and child health, 1 community health service center and 1 military hospital.We inspected 146495 cases of outpatient log, out of hospital registration and the positive result of the laboratory test registration, and we found 645 cases with 17 kinds of infectious diseases. Among them, there were 643 cases of network reporting, 2 cases of omission and 13 cases of delay. The rates of report, omission and delay of infectious disease were 99.69%, 0.31% and 2.02%respectively. The rates of integrity, accuracy and consistency of infectious disease reporting were 94.38%, 100% and 82.50%,respectively. Conclusion The phenomenon of omission and delay on infectious diseases reporting in medical institutions of Baotou City still exists. We should take comprehensive prevention and control measures in order to further improve the quality of infectious diseases reporting.
