HPLC法测定天麻头痛片中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立天麻头痛片中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱仪,waters Symmetry C18色谱柱（4.6×250mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-乙腈-水为梯度洗脱;流速：1.0ml/min;柱温：25℃;检测波长：250nm。结果：欧前胡素在1.424~71.2μg/ml的范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为102.9%,RSD为1.45%;异欧前胡素在1.337~66.85μg/ml的范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为102.5%,RSD为1.85%。结论：所建立的方法可以用来检测天麻头痛片中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量。Objective To establish a method for determination of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Tianmatoutongpian by HPLC. Method The two substances were determined with HPLC. An waters Symmetry C18column（ 4. 6 × 250 mm,5μm） was gradient eluted with acetontrile- water at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml per min at 250 nm,and column temperature was at 25℃. Result Imperatorin had a good linearity relationship between 1. 424μg / ml-71. 2μg / ml and the average recovery was 102. 9%（ RSD 1. 45%）,Isoimperatorin had a good linearity relationship between 1. 337μg / ml-66. 85μg / ml and the average recovery was 102. 5%（ RSD 1. 85%）. Conclusion The method can be used to determined of Imperatorin and Isoimperatorin in Tianmatoutongpian
