祛障复明丸配合祛障穴冷冻治疗年龄相关性白内障临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察祛障复明丸配合祛障穴冷冻治疗年龄相关性白内障的临床疗效。方法:100例分为两组,对照组50例用祛障穴冷冻治疗,观察组50例用祛障复明丸配合祛障穴冷冻治疗。结果:总有效率观察组90.0%,对照组74.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:祛障复明丸配合祛障穴冷冻治疗年龄相关性白内障疗效确切,且无不良反应。Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on age-related cataract treated by Quzhang Fuming Pills combined with frozen Quzhang a.cupuncture points. Method： 100 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. 50 cases were treated with frozen Quzhang a.cupuncture points as the control group while 50 cases were treated with Quzhang Fuming Pills combined with frozen Quzhang a.cupuncture points as the observation group. Result： The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0% while that of the control group was 74.0%. There was statistical significance between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion- Quzhang Fuming Pills combined with frozen Quzhang a.cupuncture points has exact therapeutic effect on age-related cataract without adverse reaction.
