锁定加压钢板内固定联合壮筋续骨汤治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:锁定加压钢板内固定联合观察壮筋续骨汤治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法:162例随机分为对照组和治疗组各81例。两组均用锁定加压钢板内固定治疗,治疗组加用壮筋续骨汤治疗。结果:治疗组骨折愈合平均时间,最早负重平均时间均明显短于对照组。肢体功能恢复总有效率治疗组91.4%、对照组84.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:锁定加压钢板内固定联合壮筋续骨汤治疗胫骨平台骨折安全性高,临床治疗效果好,能够缩短治疗时间及关节功能恢复时间,减少并发症。Objective： The objective of this study is to analyze the clinical effect of Zhuang Jin Xu Gu decoction combined locking compression plate fixation for treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Method： 162 cases were chosen from the patients with tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital.They were randomly assigned into control group and observation group and there were 81 cases in each group.Locking compression plate fixation treatment was applied to control group, while observation group used Zhuang Jin Xu Gu decoction on the basis of locking compression plate fixation treatment.The effect of treatment and recovery situation of joint function of the two groups were compared.Result： The average fracture healing time and average time of earliest burden of observation group were obviously shorter than control group.The total efficiency of limb function recovery of observation group （ 91.4% ） was obviously higher than that of control group （ 84.0% ） , and the difference was of statistical significance （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： Applying Zhuang Jin Xu Gu decoction combined locking compression plate fixation to treatment of tibial plateau fractures which has high security and good clinical effects can effectively shorten treatment time and limb function recovery time, and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clinical use.
