摘  要:采用热流计法对工字型混凝土砌块墙体进行了热工性能试验,测得各试验墙体稳态温度场中传热系数随时间的变化曲线;采用Ansys有限元软件对试验墙体的稳态传热过程进行了数值模拟,得到并分析了试验墙体的温度节点图和热流密度矢量图。研究结果表明该工字型混凝土空心砌块具有突出的保温性能;压缩秸秆块的填充不仅能明显提高混凝土空心砌块的保温性能,而且也能提高墙体传热性能的稳定性;玻化微珠—小麦秸秆复合保温砂浆用作外墙体外保温材料,对墙体保温性能的提高具有积极作用但对墙体传热性能的稳定性产生较小的不利影响;压缩秸秆块和玻化微珠—小麦秸秆复合保温砂浆的研制为农作物秸秆的回收利用提供了一条经济可行的途径具有极大的社会意义。Heat transfer performance tests on the T- shaped concrete block walls were carried out by using heat flow meter,and the heat transfer coefficients varied along with the time of these different kinds of walls in steady- state temperature field were tested.The steady- state thermal transmission courses of these walls were simulated by Ansys software,then got and analyzed the nodal temperature and the thermal flux vector of these walls.The result of the research shows that the I- shaped concrete hollow block has outstanding thermal preservation performance.Filling the compressed blocks of straw into the concrete hollow block can not only strengthen the thermal preservation performance of the hollow block obviously,but also can improve the stability of the wall's heat performance.As a kind of external insulation material the glazed hollow beads insulation mortar with the wheat straw is of much benefit to the improvement of the wall's thermal preservation performance,but it's also of a little disadvantageous effect on the stability of the wall's heat performance.The creation of the compressed block of straw and the glazed hollow beads insulation mortar with the wheat straw can provide a economically feasible way to recycle crop straws,and it's of major significance for the society.
