摘　　要：在试验室利用工业废渣制绿色环保硅酸钙板的过程中,主要影响因素有:原料的种类和来源、理化性质、配合比添料种类与含量原料的混合工艺,预养时间及方法,蒸养制度和去压方法。不断进行制硅酸钙板的科学试验研究,提升硅酸钙板的综合性能,有利于完善试验室制硅酸钙板的工艺制度,指导硅酸钙板的工业生产,进而推进工业废渣制硅酸钙板绿色环保产业的可持续发展。In the course of producing green structural calcium silicate board used industrial wastes in the laboratory,there exist some major influencing factors the material＇s source and specie,physico- chemical properties ratio and the additive＇s source and specie,the mixing process of materials,pre- storage time and method the steam curing system and the method of reduced steam.Trough the experiment research on making calcium silicate board and improve its comprehensive performance,it＇s beneficial to perfect the preparation technology of producing calcium silicate board in labs direct the calcium silicate board industy.Above all it is proved beneficial to improve the development of sustainable green structural calcium silicate board industry,which consumes massive industrial wastes.
