摘　　要：伪满兴业银行是东北沦陷时期为贯彻日伪统治意图而成立的金融类特殊会社,其成立的本意除统一货币、整顿金融秩序外,更重要的是为伪满洲国的工矿业生产筹集资金。伪满兴业银行成立后,从吸收存款、发行债券和借用款三个方面来积极发挥资金集聚功能,主要以发放贷款和票据贴现两种方式发挥资金分配功能,为日伪控制下的东北地区工业生产和社会资金向军备及相关基础产业集中发挥了不可替代的作用。The Manchurian Industrial Bank was one of the special financial companies which were established in order to carry out the domination of the puppet.In addition to integrating the currency and rectifying financial order,but more important the establishment of the Manchurian Industrial Bank is to accumulate capital for the mining industry.The Manchurian Industrial Bank accumulated capital by the ways of absorbing deposit,issuing currency and borrowing money,it played the capital allocation function mainly by loans and bills discounting.The Manchurian Industrial Bank played an irreplaceable role in collecting the industry production and social capital to the military and related industries.
