布热津斯基访华与中越华侨争端的公开化

摘　　要：中国选择在1978年5月24日,即布热津斯基结束访华的第二天公开中越两国在华侨问题上的争端,这首先是中越华侨争端已经严重到必须公开的结果,也是一种有目的的安排。中国通过这样的安排,有效地向外界传递了中美两国高层在会谈中有关越南和苏联问题的重要共识,并在某种程度上成功地使美国意识到,在中美关系完全正常化之前必须暂缓与越南实现关系正常化。China who selected the second day of the end of Brzezinski＇s visit to China,May 24,1978,opened the dispute of overseas Chinese between China and Vietnam. The dispute was serious enough to be opened;moreover, it was occurred by design. Through China＇s arrangement,it effectively transferred the important consensus between Chinese and American leaders on the issue of Vietnam and the Soviet Union to the outside world. To some extent, China successfully aroused the awareness of America that before the normalization of Sino-US relations,America must suspend the normalizations with Vietnam.
