摘　　要：为更好履行STCW公约马尼拉修正案,根据STCW公约马尼拉修正案对三管轮适任评估电类项目的新要求,提出在履约背景下三管轮适任评估电类教学的一些做法和思考。In order to preferably make the STCW International Convention Manila Amendments into good effect, this paper points out that there are some new requirements on the shipboard electrical project of the fourth engineer competency assessment in the Manila Amendments, gives some new practice teaching methods,and puts forward some proposals for these ew requirements.
