摘  要:目的:了解广州市社区卫生服务的居民满意度,并探讨其影响因素。方法于2010年11月,在广州市各区(市)按社区卫生服务中心总数约40%的比例随机抽取社区卫生服务中心55家,在每家社区卫生服务中心抽取其服务范围内的社区居民50~55名,居民数为2992名。采用自行设计的《广州市城市居民社区卫生服务满意度调查表》对该2992名居民进行调查。采用潜在剖面分析对居民进行分类,分析不同类别居民对社区卫生服务各条目的满意度评分情况,并探讨社区卫生服务居民满意度的影响因素。结果将2992名居民分为非常满意型、较满意型、较满意的一般型、一般满意型及不满意型5个类别,各类别居民数分别为321人(10.7%)、1107人(37.0%)、805人(26.9%)、160人(5.4%)及599人(20.0%)。不同类别居民对社区卫生服务各条目的满意度评分平均值依次降低,趋势基本相同;满意度评分均较高的条目为就诊地点方便;均较低的为总就诊费用和医疗设备。Logistic回归分析显示,年龄和付费方式对社区卫生服务居民满意度的影响有统计学意义( P〈0.05)。结论广州市社区卫生服务的居民满意度较高,尤其是就诊方便性方面,但总就诊费用和医疗设备方面有待加强,年龄和付费方式是其影响因素。Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of residents on community health service in Guangzhou, and to explore its influencing factors. Methods In November 2010,We randomly sampled 55 community health service centers in Guangzhou,With a sampling proportion of 40% in all districts and conunty-level cities of Guangzhou. And We sampled 50 to 55 residents from each of the 55 community health centers and enrolled all together 2 992 residents. A self-designed questionnaire Was employed to survey the subjects. A latent profile analysis Was conducted to classify the subjects. According to the survey results,We analyzed the satisfaction scores of different categories of residents on various items of community health service and investigated the influencing factors for community health service centers. Results The subjects Were classified into five categories,including being very satisfied, satisfied, generally satisfied, barely satisfied and unsatisfied. The numbers of residents in each catergory Were 321 ( 10. 7%),1 107 ( 37. 0%),805 ( 26. 9%),160 ( 5. 4%) and 599 ( 20. 0%) respectively. The five categories of residents Were decending in the average satisfaction score of various items. And the distribution of satisfaction score in various items Was basically the same for the five categories of subjects. The satisfaction score of site accessibility Was high,While satisfaction scores for total expense and medical facility Were loW. The Logistic regreession analysis shoWed that age and payment method had significant influence on the satisfaction degree of residents on community health service. Conclusion The residents in Guangzhou hold a high satisfaction degree on community health service,especially for site convenience,While total expense should be controled and medical facility sholuld be promoted. Age and payment methods are influencing factors for the satisfaction degree of residents on community health service.
