摘　　要：代谢综合征(MS)是以肥胖、高血压、血脂紊乱以及糖代谢异常等多种危险因素在个体聚集为特征的一组临床症候群。随着社会经济发展及生活方式的转变,该病发病率呈不断上升趋势,其发病机制主要以腹型肥胖和胰岛素抵抗为核心。近年来研究表明,MS增加多种疾病的发病风险、致残率和病死率,如糖尿病、高血压、高尿酸血症、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、心血管疾病、慢性肾脏疾病、多囊卵巢综合征和癌症等。本文对MS与相关疾病的临床研究进展进行综述。Metabolic syndrome （MS） is characterized by obesity, high blood pressure, dyslipidemia and abnormal glucose metabolism and the other risk factors clustered. With the development of society and economy, changing of the life style, its incidence rate shows a rising trend. Abdominal obesity and insulin resistance play a key role in the pathogenesis of MS. Recent studies indicate that MS increases the morbidity, disability and mortality rate of many diseases like diabetic mellitus, hypertension, hyperuricemia, non -alcoholic fatty liver disease, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, polycystic ovarian syndrome, cancer, etc. This article reviews the advances in the research of metabolic syndrome related diseases.
