摘　　要：恙虫病致继发性噬血细胞综合征(HPS)在儿童中少见,病情凶险,易漏诊、误诊。本文报道了1例儿童恙虫病致HPS患儿,并复习相关文献,对该病误诊原因、临床表现、治疗策略进行总结,以指导临床早期诊断、有效治疗。Scrub typhus - induced hemophagocytic syndrome in children is rare and severe. It is easy to be misdiagnosed and miss-diagnosed. This paper reported a case of scrub typhus-induced hemophagocytic syndrome in children, reviewed the published papers and attempted to provide references for its early diagnosis and effective treatment by analyzing the reasons for misdiagnosis,clinical manifestation and treatment strategy of this disease.
