吉林油田注水系统结垢机理分析及适宜阻垢剂研究

摘　　要：吉林油田注水系统管线结垢严重,影响正常生产安全。为了解决结垢问题,对吉林油田注入水和结垢产物进行了分析,并给出了防护对策。结果表明:吉林油田注入水含有大量的HCO-3,Ca2+含量较其他成垢离子含量高;结垢产物主要是Ca CO3垢,另有部分Mg CO3垢、硅铝酸盐垢和铁垢,垢样具有明显的有机物包裹特征。在此基础上运用化学溶度积和化学反应方程式直观地表示了吉林油田注水系统的结垢机理。吉林油田注入水中碳酸盐的浓度积远大于其溶度积,导致大量碳酸盐析出结垢。注入水中携带有黏土,在管壁沉积形成硅铝酸盐结垢。铁腐蚀导致吉林油田注水系统产生少量铁垢。最后通过室内静态防垢性能测定法从3种常用缓蚀阻垢剂中筛选出适合吉林油田现场水质防腐阻垢的TH-907型缓蚀阻垢剂,在TH-907药剂质量浓度为50 mg/L时,阻垢效果最好。The present paper is about our solution to the serious scaling problem by taking Jilin oilfield as a case study sample. Our investigation results have shown that the injection water of Jilin oilfield is nothing but a type of sodium bicarbonate（ NaH CO3）,which contains lots of bicarbonate ions（ HCO-3）. Such a kind of wall scaling has brought about technical problems or troubles,involving the blockade of thermos transfer and energy consumption. Searching for the solution to the problem,we have made an analysis of the injection water and scale sample,and in answering to the actual need,we have also brought forward some necessary countermeasures to deal with the problem. As a result,we have discovered that the content of calcium ion（ Ca2 ＋） in the water under study turns out much higher than the other ions. Further chemical quantitative analysis indicates that the calcium ion content accounts for 981. 21 mg / L in the scale solution. The EDX results of the scale sample prove that there exist lots of Ca,O,C particles in the scale sample,whereas the XRD results of the scale sample reveal that the sample is mainly composed of CaC O3,a few fraction of MgC O3 and CaF eS i2O6. In addition,the scale sample holds organic particles obviously. From the point of view of the origin of the scale formation,the sample can be described by using a chemical solubility product and a chemical reaction equation. The carbonate content in the oilfield water injected proves to be much higher than its solubility product that has resulted in the carbonate content,whereas the clay in the water injection tends to cause the alumino-silicate scaling on the pipe wall,with the iron content leading to a small amount of iron scaling. And,finally,we have chosen TH- 907 scale and the corrosion inhibitor for the oilfield by doing the indoor static anti-scaling performance measurement. The experimental results prove that the said corrosion inhibitor can be made much more effective than the other two. And,later,we have analyzed the A3 steels
